Kolkman Group Financial is a small "boutique" style  HR and benefits consulting firm that started out as an independent agency specializing in group health insurance and ancillary coverages such as dental, life and disability. In addition to the core suite of group health products, we also advise our clients regarding their business and estate planning arrangements such as buy/sell, key man and cross purchase agreements. As the HR and benefits landscape has changed in the past decade, we have met the growing demand for solid health care solutions by developing a robust, customized, locally sourced wellness program that, to date has delivered a 10-1 ROI.  

We save our clients money, find efficiencies in their HR processes and keep them compliant with the latest regulations and ACA requirements.  We also provide the latest "best practices" in HR and benefits managment, enrollment, HR audits and highly personalized team development and leadership training. 

My primary client profile is an employer with 5 to 25 employees representing a cross section of manufacturing, professional/medical, retail, construction and nonprofit sectors. My smallest client has 2 employees, my largest 110 employees.
