Kolkman Group Financial is a small "boutique" style benefits firm specializing in group health insurance and ancillary coverages such as dental, life and disability. I also help my clients fund their business and estate planning arrangements such as buy/sell and cross purchase agreements. As a service to my clients I offer free COBRA outsourcing as well as direction on wellness programs, physician recommendations and healthcare advocacy.
My primary client profile is an employer with 5 to 25 employees representing a cross section of manufacturing, professional/medical, retail, construction and nonprofit sectors. My smallest client has 2 employees, my largest 110 employees.
